I ASK QUESTIONS.

Dental revenue protection

Sometimes people wish I

wouldn’t.

Author. Speaker. Revenue Systems Strategist. Workplace Translator. Professional Question-Asker.

Spoiler: the problem is usually upstream.

Michelle Repash wearing a pink sweater, founder of RepashGlobal and creator of Revenue Protection Architecture.

36 YEARS. MORE THAN ONE SIDE OF THE DESK.

Chairside → Front Desk → Insurance → Billing → A/R → Credentialing → Operations → Practice Management → Consulting → Business Ownership

Revenue Protection Architecture™ wasn’t built in theory. It was built in practice.

→ So why did I build Revenue Protection Architecture™?

PICK YOUR  PARTICULAR FLAVOR OF CHAOS

Two very different problems. Same tendency to start in the wrong place.

FOR DENTISTS

YOUR DENTAL PRACTICE IS MAKING MONEY.

YOU’RE JUST NOT KEEPING ALL OF IT.

Let’s find out where it’s leaking before blaming billing again.

FOR HUMANS AT WORK

EVERYONE AT WORK IS
“COMMUNICATING CLEARLY.”

And somehow there are six people copied on the email.

What I said:
“Quick question. Can you take a look?”

What they heard:
“Please review, advise, confirm, circle back and include everyone who has ever worked here.”
Man and woman having a conversation, representing communication, perspective, and understanding.

Apparently, “That makes no sense”
is not an official consulting methodology.

Pity. It has served me remarkably well for 36 years.

Why Revenue Breaks Upstream and How to Fix It

REVENUE DOESN’T BREAK IN A/R.

IT BREAKS UPSTREAM.

A practical look at the systems, decisions, and control points that shape revenue long before the aging report tells you something went wrong.

Apparently “check the aging report again” was not the breakthrough.

SPEAKING

NEED A SPEAKER?

I HAVE A MICROPHONE
AND QUESTIONS.

Revenue. Leadership. Neurodivergence. Workplace communication.

Practical ideas. Real stories. No 47-slide hostage situation.

Staying awake is included at no additional charge.

Revenue Doesn’t Fail at HR graphic highlighting how workplace systems, communication, and leadership issues can create problems long before they reach HR.
What you said, what I heard, hello HR graphic about communication gaps, misunderstanding, and workplace conflict.
The unwritten rules nobody wrote down graphic about hidden workplace expectations, communication gaps, and navigating unspoken social norms.

Apparently, People Have Opinions.

Fortunately, some of them put it in writing.

Have something that isn't making sense?

Common sense graphic about how unspoken expectations and assumed knowledge can create confusion in the workplace.

APPARENTLY, I SAID THAT.

Revenue doesn’t fail at A/R. A/R just brings the evidence graphic showing that accounts receivable reveals upstream revenue problems rather than causing them.

ABOUT MICHELLE

WHO GAVE HER A MICROPHONE?

Fair question. I was already asking things nobody knew what to do with.

After 36 years in dentistry, I had a question: Why do we keep fixing the same revenue problems without finding where they started?

Then there were the workplace questions.

Who decided these rules? Did anyone explain them? And why are we calling someone difficult when nobody told them what was expected?

Those questions became Revenue Protection Architecture™ and Beneath the Surface.

I’m Michelle Repash. Author, speaker, strategist, and the person who hears “that’s just how we do it” and immediately needs more information.

There’s a story behind that. Apparently, I’ve lived a life.

STILL HERE?

Excellent.

I like curious people.

And if you're still here because something in your business, practice, workplace, or organization isn't making sense...

Bring it to me.

Give me one problem and one hour.

No sales pitch.

No presentation.

No carefully disguised discovery call.

We'll talk. I'll ask questions.

We'll pull on the threads and see if we can figure out what's actually going on.

Or keep poking around.

Questions welcome...
